      Create ADE Connect Account with AZ Department of Education

    • Step:

      Submit full image of student birth certificate

    • Step:

      Submit proof of residency documentation

    • Step:

      Await Approval (approx 3 week)

      Receive email from ClassWallet that funds are available

      To Pay within the platform:

      • In ClassWallet, select the approved vendor
      • Upload invoice of service to ClassWallet Platform
      • Select the allowable use or uses
      • Submit for approval

      • Link bank account to receive ACH Payments
      • Submit Receipts for approval

      When Using A Debit Card:

      • Scan card to make purchase
      • Upload receipts to ClassWallet Platform
      • Link reciepts to purchases
      • Submit for approval
