TENNESSEE: Individualized Education Account Program

      Create an online account on the Tennessee DOE website

    • Step:

      Fill out an application online (or submit via mail/in-person)

    • Step:

      Attach documentation of income eligibility (1 document)

    • Step:

      Attach documentation of residence eligibility (2 documents)

      Confirmation email will be sent after application received

    • Step:

      Application review takes up to 30 days

      Application status can be viewed online on ESA portal

      Parents will receive an email with a decision and next steps
