This user-friendly platform is designed to help you navigate the diverse landscape of Education Savings Accounts across different programs. As a vendor, this tool will show you an easy to understand outline on the steps you need to take in order to become an ESA provider and how to get paid.

  • ESA dollars steps:
    • Step:

      Upon acceptance to EFA, schools register as approved vendors through the ClassWallet portal.

    • Step:

      Schools invoice parents for tuition and other required expenses by August 9th, 2023 and quarterly thereafter.

    • Step:

      In ClassWallet, parents provide proof of invoice and select the school to which they would like to designate funds.

    • Step:

      ADE reviews parent fund designations; approvals require no further action from schools or families. ADE

    • Step:

      Payments to schools are processed within 2-10 days of ADE approval.

    • Step:

      Payments continue on a quarterly basis following the same process.
