      Providers must visit the provider portal to register

      Create an account on the provider portal

      Must provide ESA+ facility or individual provider agreement (through the portal) and provider credentials

      Accepted provider credentials include:

      1. license from the state of NC
      2. license from another governing body or organization
      3. teaching license or a copy of a degree/transcript (for tutors)
